The Shipps are safe albeit ye Storme did put some of ym on shore vpon ye Oaze wherein ye Difference of ye Commodiousness of this Porte is easily discerned and approued before that of Plymmouth whose grounde is Rocks & dangerous for Shipps as now wee haue found in the late loss of those of our fleete. furthermore I haue deliuered to ye 4 principall Chyrurgions sent by his Ma"" Directions from London Moneys for ye Charges of 120 Maymed and Sick Souldiers vf they Collect from ye seuerall quarters to be carryed to S' Thomas & S' Bartholmews hospitalls in London, there to be kept till they be cured wthout any further Charge to his Ma's for all wch matters as also for ye Conduct of ye Souldiers to their seuerall Quarters, wth sundrie other disburfmentes here, wee are behoulden to your Graces Remaynes of Moneys in my hands, wch are so neere exhausted, that w, hout a Supply this next weeke we shall Breake.
