The benefits of project-based group work in helping people to realize their potential have long been recognized. What has been lacking, however, is a methodology to enhance and improve the process. This manual, which sets out the basic concepts of project-based group work and gives guidelines on how to manage different elements of the process, seeks to fill this gap.
