Kelly, his heirs or assigns, shall not allow any motor vehicle owned by him or under his control or left in his custody for any purpose whatsoever to stand in any highway adjacent to said building. The City Council does hereby waive the provision of the garage act requiring automatic sprinklers. Said building shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions governing the construction of a private automobile garage. No. 343. Resolution Permitting Samuel G. Larson to Erect a Public Automobile Garage. (lVIr. Slade.) (Approved June 10, 1920.) RESOLVED, That Samuel G. Larson is hereby granted permission to erect a concrete block building on the north side of Toronto Avenue, east of Allens Avenue, Lot 65, Assessors' Plat 101, for a public automobile garage (first class), as described and shown in and on the application therefor and accompanying plat, and in accordance with the plans thereof, all on file in the office of the Inspector of Buildings. Said permit is granted upon the following express conditions: (1) that said Samuel G. Larson, his heirs or assigns, shall not violate any of the laws of the State of Rhode Island or any of the Ordinances of the City of Providence now enacted or hereafter enacted relative to the erection, use or occupation of said building; (2) that said Samuel G. Larson, his heirs or assigns, shall not allow any motor vehicle owned by him or under his control or left in his custody for any purpose whatsoever to stand in any highway adjacent to said building.
