This edition contains the Karika-s of Maitreya, Bhasya of Vasubandhu and Tika of Sthiramati brought out together for the first time. The editor has used all published and unpublished material available on the subject. He has specially revised the text of the Tika in the light of the Bhasya available now in original. He has taken help from the Tibetan translation in restoring the missing portions of the Tika and has also occasionally used two Chinese translations of the Bhasya.
