Snapshot Billy - I Remember (Paperback)

Little Billy has a hard time remembering things that should be easy to remember. To overcome this problem he realized that if he closes his eyes and blinks hard he can picture in his mind what he is suppose to remember. But when the other kids see him blinking they make fun of him. His father develops a baseball cap that captures the images he see's in his mind. When his classmate is abducted he uses his blinking ability to help the police find his classmate and he becomes a hero.
