Use Instructions | Apply primer all over the eyelid up to the brow bone then add the bottom colour shade to the lid. Use the darker shade in the eye crease and the top colour as a highlight over the brow bone. Complete the look by adding the sparkle top coat where desired. Apply wet for even more colour intensity. |
