Advanced Tennis Vision Techniques (Paperback)

This book explains how and when to use your focal and peripheral vision in tennis. It is based on the anatomy of the eye and the demands of the modern game. Proper use of your vision is the most important thing that you must understand in order to play great tennis. A generation ago American players dominated the world. Today an American in the top 100 is a rare animal. There are currently no American men in the top 10. Many pros and coaches credit this to lazy American athletes. I don't see this. I believe that American pros and coaches are lost in the 1980's. You can no longer build world class tennis players by relying on stroke mechanics and mental toughness. Americans will not return to the top of the tennis world until they understand that the point of contact is the most important moment in tennis. This book will teach any player at any level how to build thier game around the point of contact.
