Peter Wentz, Jr., head of this family, resides at Binghamton. Occupation, fireman on railroad. Edward Nooney Wentz, third son of Peter Wentz, was born in the town of Binghamton on April 26th, 1846. Married Emily Downham in the town of Murderkillhundred, Delaware, on May 6th, 1868. Following are their children: a. --John Edward Wentz, born in the town of Murder killhundred, Delaware, on March 23d, 1869. b. --Nancy Wentz, born in the town of Conklin, Broome County, N. Y., on January 3d, 1871. c. -d.--Minnie Wentz and Winnie Wentz (twins), born in in the town of Binghamton on February 17th, 1873. Winney died April 1st, 1873. Minnie died October 16th, 1878. Samuel Lamereaux Wentz, fourth son of Peter Wentz, was born in the town of Binghamton on February 28th, 1859. Married Emma Hinman in the city of Binghamton on October 3d, 1880. William Wentz, second son of John Peter Wentz, was born in the town of Chenango (now Kirkwood), Broome County, N. Y., on February 18th, 1794. Married Sally Compton, in the town of Chenango, on April 30th. Following are their children: o.--Delisle Pulfred Wentz, born at Bingham ton, N.
