A white South African filmmaker tries to convince a professional film crew to work with him in the all-Black Cape Town Flats on a doci-feature about a juvenile hit man, a "Bokkie" or very young South African gangster, who is willing to be a contract killer because he is too young to be persecuted under the law.

The Filmaker has to convince the crew, the financiers, the lawyer, the gangs, the Bokkie, and the audience, that what he is doing is not a "snuff" movie.
