Roberson Polished Copper Etching Plate (300 x 250 Mm 1.2mm)

This large plate of polished copper is designed to be used as part of intaglio printmaking processes of etching and drypoint. For a full description of the etching process see this graphic, created by Carola Barnaba at the DensityDesign Research Lab.This plate measures 300 x 250mm. The surface is extremely smooth. Once it has been etched or incised, it will be suitable for use in most rolling presses.
