One term of this court shall be held annually at the city of Boston ou the first Tuesday of October, and shall be adjourned to such times and places as the court may from time to time designate." It was amended, September 15, 1892, to take effect the flrst Tuesday In November following, Mr. Justice Gray, Judge Colt, and Judge Putnam being present, so as to rend as follows:] TERMS ANt) SESSIONS. One term of this court shall be held annuilly at the city of Boston at ten o'clock in the forenoon on the first Tuesday of October.
