"So, what did the doctor say?," my mother asked. Oh nothing, but the usual, just to lose some weight, I jokingly responded. Little did I know 24 hours later, I would get a call that sparked the production of this booklet. A woman's health can certainly be correctly defined as a journey. From regular monthly cycles of nature, through childbearing years, to menopause, these seasons are treks best accompanied with prayer. As we travel through this journey of health some will incur slight pit stops, and/or bumps in the road. Others will approach yield signs leading them through detours or alternate routes to healing. Whatever the route, the destination for us all is the same, total health and healing!
