'--On which 1st day of June, 24 Henry 6, the same King incorporated the Citizens by the name of the Bayliff and Citizens, and granted and confirmed to them all their former privileges; and that the Bayliff and Citizens enjoyed the said privileges from thence till 14th Dec. 1 E. 4. who, by his Charter, did incorporate them by the name of the Mayor and Citizens of the City of Rochester, and did grant that they should enjoy the privileges, &.C Afterwards the said Attorney-General confessed the plea to be true, and judgment was entered for the City.
