Guarantee. the King you replevy and cause to be delivered unto the said Joseph Styles, his cattle, goods, and chattels aforesaid;and that the afore-said John Notes give or cause to be given sufficient pledges so that he may be and appear at the next County Court to be holden for the county aforesaid, at, in the said county, to answer the said Joseph Styles in a plea of taking and unjustly detaining his cattle, goods, and chattels aforesaid;and in what manner you shall execute this precept certify to me at the next County Court to be holden at the place aforesaid, under the peril incumbent. Given under the seal of my officd, this day of, in the eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord William the Fourth, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and: reland King, Defender of the Faith, and in the year of our Lord 1u?. This would be sufficient;but it might, in order to prevent all question, be as well to add the words "this is to lo a contincing guarantefo Dated, &c. The supplying the goods is the consideration implied. (B.) GUARANTEE FOR CERTAIN AMOUNT. I hereby guarantee the payment to Messrs. &c, for such goods as they may supply to J.
