Special Forces Captain Tuck Tucker has returned from Columbia where he was in charge of four teams of U.S. soldiers interdicting the smuggling of cocaine into the U.S. He has just established a private investigator business when he gets a call to go back to Columbia to negotiate the return of a kidnaped son of a coffee company owner. Tuck goes back to Columbia where he finds out he has been set up and arrested for murder. He no more than extricates himself from the murder charge when he learns his new girlfriend, a DEA agent, has been kidnaped. Tuck must now try and rescue her and at the same time find out how cocaine is being smuggled into the U.S. Tuckas troubles continue when he learns a two-million-dollar bounty has been placed on his head.
