I purchased this for my child who was keen to record his Xbox game play for YouTube. However this is very complex to set up and only works with outdated Windows 8. We had to connect it to an old outdated laptop in order for it to work. Then it has another major problem. It wont record your voice over / commentary with the Xbox headset / microphone. It appears that you need to buy another mic and then Overlay the audio file on top of the game recording (using another software that youll need to download separately ! What a colossal waste of time and money. Do not purchase this - I will be returning this as it is completely useless .
