I bought this book last year around march 2020. I didn't use it uptill now because I unfortunately had to postpone my exams. I have started preparing again this year and to my shock the book is incomplete. The Vat act is incomplete and it is missing Estate Duty Act, Transfer Duty Act and Tax administration Act. I am hoping that I can get some help because I can't use the book

When I had recived this Tax legislation it was properly packeaged in plastic and the physical appearance on the outside was perfect. But to my dismay, recently when I moved on to studying the Vat Act did I realise that it is one of those"mistake/defact batch" rare instances. This may not be Loots fault as they sold it as received. This is a manufacturing glitch due poor production control by LexisNexis(the publisher). They made it with some pages in the wrong order(skips from page 298 to page 459). The Vat Act sections are missing. Only the VAT Act General Binding Rules and the Regulations and notices and Index are there. These Parts are Placed twice in the book There are a few blank pages that are not even stamped to state that they are suppossed to be blank (as it says on other blank pages in the book). the following have been placed twice in the book. Estate Duty Act Transfer Duty Act Securities Transfer Act Tax Admin Act But they have failed to put the Vat Act legislation in the book.(page 383 to 459) They have left out the Income tax Act: Interpretation Notes, Binding General Rulings,Double Tax Agreements and Index(pages 299 to 382)
