Lam, a special agent from japanese national security, teams up with jj, a thief, to find a pair of plates ussed to make couterfeit u.s. Money. They plan to take the plates back to the u.s. Embassy and split the $30 million reward. Their plans change when a staff member at the embassy steals the plates and runs away
