Recovery Poems: Co-Dependence (Paperback)

During my recovery process, I began looking into co-dependence, and I realized I had a lot of that in me. After reading further into it, I found the fifty five co-dependence patterns, and their correspondent recovery alternative written by Co-Dependents Anonymous. In this book you will find a poem for each pattern, of both co-dependence and independence. These poems depict the way I relate to these patterns, and what I saw in myself after reading them. I was as brutally honest as I could, trying to let out my raw feelings and reflections triggered when reading these patterns. While writing these I felt I reached a new level of honesty, for I had to admit to myself things I could have never figure out by myself, and after writing the Independence version of each pattern, I felt a great relief, finding recovery from this is also available and indeed possible.
