La Terza Venezia/the Third Venice (Hardcover, 1)

A new exhibition devoted to the work of Silvia Camporesi within the compass of a project specially devised for Photographica FineArt inaugurated 26 May 2011, and remained open till 22 July 2011.In these photographs, Silvia Camporesi explores the city of Venice through the filter of her imagination and dreams. Churches drown into water, the Grand Canal is surrounded and transformed by the fog, and legends appear suddenly in the photographs. This Venice is neither real nor unreal, it is rather a surreal third place, however one that we clearly recognise.
