Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and helps the body to metabolise carbohydrates and fats. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Adults over 18 years of age: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food.
Each tablet contains the following active ingredient: 200µg Chromium polynicotinate - (Supplying 24.8 µg of elemental chromium)
Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate (vegetarian – flow agent) and silicon dioxide.
Sugar-free.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Contra-Indications	Chromium should only be used in pregnancy under the supervision of a medical practitioner. Breastfeeding women should not take more than 1 tablet per day, unless under the supervision of a medical practitioner. Insulin: Theoretically, comcomitant use might increase the risk of hypoglycaemia. Levothyroxine: Chromium is believed to bind levothyroxine in the intestinal tract and may lead to reduced absorption. Take levothyroxine at least 30-minutes before or 3-4 hours after chromium. Medicines that deplete chromium levels or affect absorption include: €¢ Antacids €¢ Corticosteroids €¢ H2-Blockers €¢ Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs)

Use Instructions	Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care provider. This dose can be doubled after 1-2 months if required. Children 7-12 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care provider.
