- Adults: Take 2 caplets 2 – 3 times a day on an empty stomach
- Children 7 – 12 years of age: Take 1 caplet twice daily on an empty stomach
- Each caplet contains the following active ingredient: 500mg L-lysine
- Inactive ingredients: Polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium silicate and magnesium stearate.
- Sugar-free.
- Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
