Take 3 capsules daily after food.
Each capsule contains the following active ingredients: 1000IU Vitamin A; 167mg Vitamin C; 200IU Vitamin D3; 10IU Vitamin E; 5µg Vitamin K; 1.8mg Vitamin B1; 8.1mg Vitamin B2; 16mg Vitamin B3; 33mg Vitamin B5; 6.9mg Vitamin B6; 33µg Vitamin B12; 167µg Biotin; 500µg Boron; 30mg Calcium; 2µg Chromium; 4mg Choline; 300µg Copper; 129µg Folate; 16mg Inositol; 53μg Iodine; 10mg Magnesium; 833µg Manganese; 20µg Molybdenum; 10mg PABA; 6mg Potassium; 20µg Selenium; 8mg Zinc
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell, magnesium stearate (vegetarian flow agent) and microcrystalline cellulose.
Sugar-free.
Allergens: Fish, soy, corn and iodine.

Contra-Indications	Safe for use in pregnancy and breastfeeding. However 3-Per-Day does not supply adequate calcium during pregnancy. It is therefore recommended that pregnant women should also take Calcium Glycinate.
