Songs For Linda (Paperback)

For the memorial services for his wife Linda held in London and New York in 1998, Paul McCartney selected a number of songs he had written specifically with her in mind to be played in arrangements for string quartet. The performers in London were the Brodsky Quartet and in New York, the Loma Mar Quartet, who later recorded these pieces on the CD Working Classical. This score and set of parts from Faber includes Paul's notes on each the songs included: My Love * Calico Skies * Golden Earth Girl * Warm and Beautiful * Somedays * She's My Baby.
