I purchased this book together with the Soul Coaching oracle deck and I am honestly very happy and pleased that I did. This book is really for anyone who wants to do a bit of deep dive into their spirituality, into their soul. This book addresses your shadow side and your positive side. It works with all four elements; Water, Earth, Fire and Air. It's amazing how the elements influence us energetically. Once you start to work with the elements, you'll gain a much clearer understanding of who you to the core. Water resembles your emotions, the fluidity of your flow through life. It's about clearing your emotional self. Air resembles your thoughts, your mind. It's all about clearing your mental self. Fire resembles your ambition and passions and drive for life. That spunk you have for being alive. It's about clearing your spiritual self. Earth resembles your connectedness to the earth, grounding. It's about clearing your physical self. If you're looking for a book that has a different perspective on how to clear your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self; to really deep dive into your own soul, then I'm pretty sure you will enjoy this book. Remember, books like these requires an open mind and don't just judge a book because it didn't work for you the way you thought it should have. Many times we resist certain books etc. because in reality we're not just ready for it. The book cover is beautiful. A5 size paperback book with lots of exercises. Published by Hay House.
