Excerpt: Wi ckowice (Ukrainian: , Vyatskovychi) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ro wienica, within Jaros aw County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Jaros aw and 44 km (27 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszow. The tradition of village settlements date back to the sixteenth wieku.Pocz tkowo Wi ckowice Wi ckowice were small rural hamlet Bystrowice. Bystrowice were part of the goods belonging to the heir of Nicholas Mzurowskiego Rudo owic, Tulig ow, Hungarian and Tyniowic In 1464r. the benefit of John Mzuowskim; Bystrowice and Wi ckowice were divided between sons John and Nicholas. Wi ckowice received for Christmas and freedom from his brother and gain new revenue, the agreement reserved the right pitch to bring the mill on the river in Wieckowice Mleczce. in 1465, King Casimir IV moved Rudo owice, Bystrowice and Wi ckowice Polish law on German law. In 1508r. Wi ckowice owners were Ro wienieccy and Wi czkowscy, in 1589 Jaros awscy. The owners of the village changed frequently. At the turn of the seventeenth and eighteenth in the village was owned by Catherine the Sienna.W Wi ckowice nineteenth century belonged to Bia obrzeskich, J drzyjowskich, and at the end of the nineteenth in the Marynowskich (up to 1945.). The last owner was John Marynowski Wi ckowice. In 1893 the village consisted of 31 houses and 190 inhabitants people. Roman Catholic (57.4%), 35.2% were Orthodox and 7.4% were Jews. Village was divided into two parts: - Part of the right were the houses clustered around the road, which is long and parcelacja.Na ulicowka parcellation lived newcomers from different parts of the country, whose homes were located at...
