SPEAKER: Your Select Committee of One to whom was referred House Bill No. 210 With instructions to amend the same by striking out the words "and fifty cents" in line 5 of Section 25 Respectfully reports that said Bill has _been amended in accordance with the instructions of the House. Mr. Hair moved That the Bill be referred to a Committee of one with instructions to amend by adding the words "provided further, that whenever it is necessary for a ditch or canal to be cou structed across a public highway, such ditch or canal shall be so built as to cross said highway at right angles" at end of Section 3, Which motion prevailed And The Bill was referred to Mr. Hair.
