Spectra S1 Double Rechargeable Breast Pump (Hospital Grade)
The S1's expression mode gives you five speed settings - ranging from 38 to 54 cycles per minute - to choose from, and 12 different strength settings. The pump's maximum strength is 320mmHg. The S1 comes equipped with two sets of attachments (bottles, tubing, back-flow protectors, breast shields, and valves), allowing you to use it for single or double pumping. Double pumping saves time and helps to increase production, while single pumping can easily be done on one side while feeding baby on the other. The back-flow protectors ensure that breast milk particles will not cause growth of mould and contamination in the motor unit.
All attachments that come into contact with your milk, are BPA free. The S1 comes with a one-year quality guarantee.

My daughter was born prem and I had to pump whilst she was in NICU. This pump is grade. On par in terms of performance and output as another MUCH more expensive brand of hospital grade pump. Well worth the purchase. And it came a day earlier than expected.

A friend said as a new mom I wouldn't be able to survive without a breast pump. And she was certainly right! Did some research and settled on Spectra which has many reviews and recommended in many mommy Youtube videos. Machine is easy to setup and use, does the job very well, battery last long. Also accessories are easily available for purchase on Loot. Item was delivered within 24 hours from ordering.

So we did our homework before getting this one, and when you see it come up in every international review... you know why. Its amazing, great suction and seems its the best for the mom who wants to pump. Its silent, has a battery and dual pump so its just super convenient and more to the point it helps with supply. The only "downside" is the flanges are not as comfy as the Medela, but they are not bad at all.

Heard great things about this pump and made the decision to go for the rechargeable battery pump. It pumps amazing and empties my breasts completely but from the first time I used the pump it seems the battery cant keep a charge. Night light is a handy feature

The Spectra S1 is awesome, it is so silent compared to other pumps. It is quite large but it is designex for every day use. I love mine.

I really love this pump, a must for exclusive pumping. Amazing battery life, silent and I love how you can adjust the suction strength and cycle speed to what works best for you. My favorite pump out of everything I have used.

I used this have a Medela Swing maxi, this is so much better! It is more efficient and pumps the same volume in half the time. It is not compatible with Medela milk storage bottles but it is compatible with Avent classic bottles and to a certain extent to Pigeon bottles. It does not fit the Pigeon perfectly but if you screw it on skew it does not fall off, so if you already have Avent or Pigeon you do not need to find new breastmilk storage bottles.

So i initially used the medela swing for the 1st 4 months and started using spectra a week ago! It definitely has more benefits than the Medela: the battery is rechargabe so i dont have to worey abiut loadshedding or being close to a power socket -battery life is 3 hours which is pretty decent. The night light is amazing and jts not bright enough to wake baby. The best part for me is the fact that the valves prevent backflow of milk to the machine. That was a huge problem for me with the medela. On the down side, this oump takes up a while of of space and is heavier.
