Sport Director CD-Rom - Release 1.0 (CD-ROM)

This software is designed for sports administrators and staff, and has many features and reports designed to make managing all aspects of a sport programme easier. It allows the user to store and manage information about players, teams, leagues, coaches, officials and other support personnel. The user can record player contact information, medical information, honours or awards, eligibility and evaluations as well as track information about teams, assign players and coaches to teams, and print team selections with ease. In addition, the CD-ROM stores and manages information about facilities, equipment and supplies. It allows the user to track the condition and availability of facilities, record the condition of equipment and who is using it, monitor supplies and generate inventory forms. The software can also be used for the scheduling and planning of practices, tournaments and administrative appointments, as well as for recording the tournament results. The 36 reports generated by the CD may be customized to include or exclude specific information, giving the user maximum control and flexibility. Some of the available reports include: athlete information and eligibility; uniform, supplies and equipment inventory; game results and rankings; season report (calendar); player registration forms, medical and parental consent forms; and mailing labels.
