SPECIMENS REVISED AND ADDED TO THE MUSEUM During the Year ending September 30, 1904. DESCRIBED BY F. W. ANDREWES, M.D., And H. THURSFIELD, M.D. INTRODUCTORY REMARKS. The new specimens now added to the Museum are somewhat more numerous than has been the case in recent years. The series of new growths of the lung in the Museum is now a fairly complete one. The series to which the largest additions have been made during the past year are that of Diseases of the Brain and that of Diseases of the Uterus, to each of which thirteen specimens have been added. The gynaecological specimens generally have received considerable attention, largely owing to the activity of Dr. H. Williamson. In particular the series illustrating fibroids of the uterus and their degenerations has received noteworthy accessions. Amongst other important preparations added during the year are a heart and lung in which a primary hydatid cyst of the right ventricle gave rise to multiple secondary hydatids of the lung.
