Superb book for any home brewer and those chaps in the larger breweries who think they know how. Buhner as with his previous publications takes us on a journey of discovery. Amongst points covered in this book is one of the most quantified collections on honey and a little background into how the "Reinheitsgebot" 1516 was aimed at destroying small scale brewers. Sounds much like the actions of today's large brewers who proudly market the "Reinheitsgebot" as a good thing. P-)
