Summer of '90 (Paperback)

Summer of '90 is a self told story of a young man who grew up working as an auto mechanic, gambling in pool halls, and running with a wild crowd in the '80s and '90s. Life in the fast lane of stolen cars, fast women, drug dealers, and the situations that go along with all of the above. This story will take the reader on a journey with a young couple whose desire to enter the world of organized crime put them directly in the path of a desperate and dangerous man. Entangling them in his web of deceit and addiction. Leaving them in their own struggle for life or death. Flirting with disaster, their poor choices spread like a plague through their friends and acquaintances, putting everyone they came in contact with in jeopardy; and leaving our young mechanic on trial for capital murder. If the reader is searching for some great piece of literary work, or some new emerging authors premier opus, this is not that book. A little foul language, a lot of seedy characters, and poor syntax are the bulk of this book. For this, there are no apologies to be made, its from the heart, its real, and its true. It is a story of an outlaw, by an outlaw, from the outlaws point of view. Thank you for reading, Steve Maze
