Pint O' Politics - A Discourse on the Modern Political Climate (Paperback)

Modern Politics may perhaps seem a rather innocuous term, but its breadth should not be overlooked. Events occur worldwide on a daily basis, some affecting humanity in its entirety. The means of reporting world events have changed drastically, so much so that the moment an event occurs, it can be heard across the globe. Yet, as these advances have come about, it has become more apparent that the global media have transgressed in their willingness to report on all subjects, and would rather concern themselves with ratings over content. Politics should include all aspects of world events, as indeed these events affect the decisions of policy makers worldwide. Thus it is the mission of Pint o' Politics to bring to light those stories that received little coverage or biased reporting that should not go unchallenged. We hope that through discussion, all sides of an event or issue can be discovered and discussed so that these topics will not be relegated to the footnotes of history.
