As much as I like the steamer (volume), the problem is that the LCD in the front is covered with kind of a see through plastic lid. Which, after a use or two, is allowing steam and moisture into the LCD area. Which then of course is breaking :( Even I have returned and gotten a replacement (is another story), the same thing has happened again. The covered over the LCD is getting lose and allowing steam and moisture in. Loot is very reasonable.
