A young rhino named Destiny are moved to a nature reserve in a beautiful stretch of land, surrounded by hills, with a meandering stream flowing throuth a valley. He soon made friends with two other rhinos from the reserve, called Hope and Faith.

One night, poachers came into the reserve. They think rhino horns have special qualities. They cut off rhino horns to make a powder they believe can cure certain human ailments. Destiny hears them and thinking it was his friends, he innocently moves out into the open.

This book is based on a true story; about poachers destroying these precious animals, who are on the brink of extinction . About how some are saved and some not. A few months after Destiny’s tragic death, a flaghsip breeding programme has been established.
