The device basically works with sticky pads on a both sides. There is a sticky patch which goes onto the vehicle dashboard, meaning you will permanently stick it to your car dashboard, which might be ok for many people. However, to attach the phone, you have to stick a 3cm patch to the back of your phone. It's very sticky, so it's basically a permanent metal disk stuck on the back of your phone. It's a yucky solution.
