(sometimes swinging to S. W.); beds not massive, nor thick, and more gray than the other Annville stone; output of both quarries 3000 to 4000 tons per month to Sheridan and Reading furnaces. W. of Annville; one 500' long; 50 of rock exposed; excellent, fine-grained, soft, brittle, blue-gray, thin beds, wavy on W. side, regular (on E. side) dip 60-70, S. 40 E. Crush in S. face.
