He stated that during the period mentioned the greater part of his sales was throughout the United States, and in the general course of his business he personally came in contact with wholesale dealers in toys throughout the country. He further testified he had dealt in merchandise like the exhibits in protest 933753 at wholesale throughout the country. Q. Was there during all that time in the various trade centers of the United States a well-known, definite, and universally recognized trade term by which the merchandise in which you dealt was known in the trade?--A.
