Excerpt: ... one for them, filing within ten days from the date hereof in this court, a hond in the penalty of five thousand and five hundred dollars, to be approved by the court, and with the condition that if the said Farmers Deposit National Bank and the said George C. Sturgiss shall prosecute their petition or application to revise or review the said decree to effect, and answer all damages and costs that may be awarded against them, including just damages for delay and costs and interest on the said review or revision, if they fail to make their plea or peti (160) tion good; then the above obligation is to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. And now, on this 24th day of August, 1907, the bond of Geo. C. Sturgiss, with the Citizens Trust & Guaranty Company as surety, is presented to the court in the penalty and condition prescribed, and is hereby accepted and approved; and it is ordered that the effect of the said decree of August 23rd, 1907, be and the same is hereby superseded until the matters arising thereon should have been disposed of in the Circuit Court of Appeals. Supersedeas Bond. (Filed August 24, 1907.) (161) Know all men by these presents: That Ave, Geo. C. Sturgiss and Citizens Trust and Guaranty Co., are held and firmly bound unto Frank J.
