The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read by the Secretary, Dr. R. R. Ferguson. REPORT OF THE SECRETARY-TREASURER. Dr. R. R. Ferguson, Chicago, 111. Since our splendid meeting in Boston last June, Certified Milk has received more publicity (favorable and unfavorable) than at any time since the beginning of the war in 1917. This was probably due to three factors--first, the excellence of our product, second, the excellence of our papers and third, the awakened public sentiment for a clean, fresh, raw milk, which these papers fostered.
