H. hereby assigned or mentioned so to be, and every part and parcel thereof, with their and each and every of their appurtenances, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, and to and for the uses, intents and purposes hereinafter also menin the lint place tioned, expressed and declared of and concerning the nL-l?.burM same, that is to say: IN TRUST, that he the said T.
