We wish them both great success in all their undertakings. At the last regular meeting Pres. J. M. Parker, 1st Vice President J. M. Kolb and Business Agent C. F. Conroy were elected as the agreement committee to draft up our agreement with the company which expires May 1st, 1919. We were also visited by members of the newly organized telephone operators union and were glad to receive them. Mrs. Moulter, Miss Ready the Local president and the president of the telephone operators union gave a very interesting talk to all the members in behalf of the welfare and of organizing the girl operators of Buffalo. Every day some of our boys are coming back into the service who were with the army and navy and we are all glad to see them. Members are waiting for the 1st of April to roll around as that is the date set for us to receive our back pay which was granted us by the War Labor Board in our arbitration proceedings. In the near future Business Agent C. F. Conroy will go to Albany to oppose the Rowe Bill and also the Linck and Case bill which is in reference to jitney buses and licensing of motormen. R.C. OBTAIN SUBSTANTIAL WAGE INCREASE War Labor Board ranges from 36c to 40c per hour as follows: 1st 3 mos. 36c; next 9 mos. 38c; thereafter 40c per hour. This award holds for the duration of war. Division No. 767 met Thursday night, Feb. 27, 12:30 A. M., with Brother J. G. Lane present. Brother Lane has just returned from France. He resigned as president of No. 767 to assist in the World War. Bro. Lane left the States Sept. 4 of last year. He arrived home Feb. 16, 1919. He has been a faithful member of Local No. 767 since organized. He...
