This fun book is an invaluable tool in fighting OCD. The book is especially written to help children with OCD, great to work through with your child as a parent. Some excellent tips and advice in this book. Fun illustrations and practical help and knowledge makes it an excellent add on to any therapy for OCD that you currently may be following. I can highly recommend this book. Most books are written for parents, this one is written for children, providing you with all the tools you need to help at home. It has made a huge difference in our home.
