If shipment is destined to an Office of another Company, show rates of both Companies via transfer point, as quoted by Tariffs. This information is required for the proper revision of charges at destination offices, and by the Accounting Department. 30. Value: Show value of each article as declared by shipper. For C. O. D.'s and Collections, enter amount of C. O. D. or Collection in "Value" column, and write "C. O. D." or "Coll." above the amount. 31.
