Not illustrated. 1869 Excerpt: ... act hereby repealed, and of the price received by them therefor, all moneys received by them under said act, of all moneys expended by them under said act, stating fully the items of expenditure and for what purposes such expenditure was made, the amount of money received by them under the provisions of said act that remains unexpended. Section 3. Within sixty days from the passage of shall pay over this act, the Outagamie county swamp land commis-""telL'nrer?"" sioners shall pay over to the county treasurer of Outagamie county, the full amount of moneys received by them under the provisions of said act, which has not been expended by them previous to the passage of this act, under the oath of said commissioners, and they shall also deliver to said countv treasurer, under oath, all property held by them as said swamp land commissioners. Section 4. Within sixty days from the passage of shall deliver., ., ., -..
