Triple bill of Sergio Leone Westerns starring Clint Eastwood as the Man With No Name.
In 'A Fistful of Dollars' (1964), the laconic gunslinger (Eastwood) makes a financial killing by playing two feuding families off each other in a small southwestern town.
'For a Few Dollars More' (1965) sees him reluctantly joining forces with bounty hunter Colonel Mortimer (Lee Van Cleef) to battle psychotic bandit El Indio (Gian Maria Volonte) and his gang of outlaws.
In 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' (1966), set during the American Civil War, the paths of three loners - Joe (Eastwood), Tuco (Eli Wallach) and Setenza (Van Cleef) - cross as they search for the grave of Bill Carson, home to a hidden fortune. As the war intensifies, the treasure seekers become drawn into a battle that dwarfs their own mercenary pursuits.
Clint Eastwood is a keen-eyed, quick-witted bounty hunter on the bloody trail of Indio, the territory's most treacherous bandit. But his ruthless rival, Colonel Mortimer (Lee Van Cleef), is determined to bring Indio in first...dead or alive!
Failing to capture their prey - or eliminate each other - the two are left with only one option: team up, or face certain death at the hands of Indio and his band of murderous outlaws.
The English version of a lesser known European thriller. Charles Bronson plays an American ex-patriate Joe Martin who is forced into becoming a drugs runner for an evil baron after his family has been kidnapped. As the critical exchange approaches, his adversary is shot so Joe must keep him alive if he ever wants to see his family again.
After the success of 'A Fistful of Dollars', Clint Eastwood's Man With No Name reluctantly joins forces with bounty hunter Colonel Mortimer (Lee Van Cleef) to battle psychotic bandit El Indio (Gian Maria Volonte) and his gang of outlaws. Director Sergio Leone's spaghetti western once again features Ennio Morricone's atmospheric score.
Enzo G. Castellari directs this Italian war film. Using the chaos of the Dunkirk evacuation as a cover, a group of German agents take on the identities of English soldiers in order to gain access to England and take out radar installations along the coast. In order to infiltrate the British army, they kill a squad of English troops and take their ID tags. Army officer Captain Paul Stevens (Frederick Stafford) finds the dead men and realises that their IDs are missing. On his return to England he heads efforts to track down the saboteurs before they can inflict any further damage.
